Kan Şekerim

Özet

Kan şekeri ölçümleriniz yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır ve uygulamanın çekirdeği (kayıt, grafik, PDF/CSV dışa aktarma, hatırlatıcılar) hesap açmadan, cihaz üzerinde çalışır. İsteğe bağlı "Yapay Zekâya Danış" özelliğini kullanmak isterseniz giriş yapmanız gerekir ve o an sorduğunuz sorularla birlikte ölçümlerinizin kısa bir özeti, yanıt üretmesi için Google'ın Gemini servisine gönderilir. Bu özelliği hiç kullanmazsanız sağlık verileriniz cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz. Uygulama ücretsizdir; isteğe bağlı abonelikle reklamsız kullanılabilir, reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur.

Sağlık verileriniz

Girdiğiniz ölçümler, ölçüm tipleri ve notlar cihazınızın yerel deposunda tutulur.

• Bu veriler, siz "Yapay Zekâya Danış" özelliğini açıp bir soru sormadığınız sürece hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Aşağıdaki "Yapay Zekâ Sohbeti" bölümüne bakın.
• Cihazınızın iCloud yedeklemesi açıksa, uygulama verileri bu yedeğe dahil olur. Yedek Apple'ın kontrolündedir ve Apple'ın gizlilik koşullarına tabidir; biz bu yedeğe erişemeyiz.
• Uygulamayı sildiğinizde kayıtlarınız da cihazdan silinir.
• Kayıtlarınızı PDF veya CSV olarak dışa aktardığınızda, veriler sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya sizin talimatınızla aktarılır. Bu paylaşım tamamen sizin kontrolünüzdedir.

Hesap ve abonelik

Yalnızca "Yapay Zekâya Danış" özelliğini kullanmak için giriş yapmanız gerekir. İki yöntem sunuyoruz: Apple ile Giriş Yap (Apple isterseniz adınızı ve e-postanızı paylaşır) veya e-posta/şifre. Kimlik doğrulamayı Google'ın Firebase Authentication altyapısı üzerinden yapıyoruz; adınız, e-postanız ve hesap kimliğiniz bu servis üzerinde tutulur.

Premium aboneliğinizi yönetmek için Apple'ın uygulama içi satın alma sistemini RevenueCat üzerinden kullanıyoruz. RevenueCat, hesap kimliğinizi abonelik durumunuzla eşleştirmek için işler; ödeme kartı bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman bize veya RevenueCat'e ulaşmaz, tamamen Apple'ın kontrolündedir.

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil ile kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

Yapay Zekâ Sohbeti

"Yapay Zekâya Danış" ekranını açıp bir soru sorduğunuzda, o an yazdığınız metin ve ölçümlerinizden hazırlanan kısa bir özet, yanıt üretmesi için Google'ın Gemini yapay zekâ servisine (Firebase AI Logic üzerinden) gönderilir. Bu, uygulamada sağlık verinizin cihaz dışına çıktığı tek akıştır.

• Bu özellik teşhis koymaz, ilaç/doz önerisi vermez; yalnızca kendi verinizi tanımlayıcı biçimde yorumlar.
• Özelliği hiç açmazsanız bu veri akışı hiç gerçekleşmez.
• Google'ın bu veriyi nasıl işlediği hakkında bilgi için Gemini API Şartları'na bakabilirsiniz.

Reklamlar

Uygulamada Google AdMob aracılığıyla banner reklam gösterilir. AdMob; reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için cihaz tanımlayıcıları, IP tabanlı yaklaşık konum ve reklam etkileşim verilerini işleyebilir. Ayrıntılar: Google'ın veri kullanımı.

Kan şekeri kayıtlarınız reklam sistemlerine hiçbir şekilde aktarılmaz.

iOS izleme izni (ATT)

Uygulama, Apple'ın reklam tanımlayıcısını (IDFA) kullanmadan önce sizden izin ister.

• İzin vermezseniz: reklamlar gösterilmeye devam eder ancak kişiselleştirilmez. Uygulamanın hiçbir özelliği kısıtlanmaz.
• İzni istediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden geri alabilirsiniz.

Reklam ölçümü ayrıca Apple'ın SKAdNetwork çerçevesi üzerinden yapılır; bu yöntem sizi kimliklendirmeden toplu ölçüm sağlar.

Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık

AB/İngiltere'deyseniz, reklamlar gösterilmeden önce Google'ın onay ekranı çıkar ve tercihlerinizi orada belirlersiniz. Bu tercihleri daha sonra uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Reklam tercihleri ile değiştirebilirsiniz.

Toplamadığımız şeyler

• Uygulamanın çekirdeğini kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez; giriş yalnızca "Yapay Zekâya Danış" özelliği için istenir.
• Kendi analitik veya çökme takibi sistemimiz yoktur.
• Verilerinizi satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya bu sayfada saydığımız servisler (Firebase, Gemini, RevenueCat, Google AdMob) dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz.

Haklarınız

Sağlık kayıtlarınız cihazınızda olduğu için doğrudan sizin kontrolünüzdedir: uygulama içinden tek tek silebilir, dışa aktarabilir veya uygulamayı kaldırarak tümünü kaldırabilirsiniz. Hesap açtıysanız, Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil ile hesabınızı ve buna bağlı (ad, e-posta, abonelik durumu) verileri kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

KVKK (Türkiye) ve GDPR (AB) kapsamındaki taleplerinizi hi@berkaysahin.dev adresine iletebilirsiniz; sağlık kayıtlarınız için erişim/silme talebinin karşılığı çoğu durumda bu politikanın kendisidir. Reklamlarla ilgili talepler için Google'a, hesap verileriniz için de Firebase (Google) ve RevenueCat'e başvurmanız gerekebilir.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.

Sağlık uyarısı

Kan Şekerim bir kayıt aracıdır. Tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya ilaç/doz önerisi sunmaz. Gösterilen "düşük / normal / yüksek" etiketleri genel referans aralıklarına dayanır ve doktorunuzun sizin için belirlediği kişisel hedeflerin yerini tutmaz. Sağlığınızla ilgili kararları mutlaka doktorunuzla birlikte alın.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellendiğinde bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir.

Summary

Your glucose readings are stored only on your phone, and the app's core (logging, charts, PDF/CSV export, reminders) works entirely on-device without an account. If you choose to use the optional "Consult the AI" feature, you'll need to sign in, and at that point the question you ask, along with a short summary of your readings, is sent to Google's Gemini service to generate a response. If you never use that feature, your health data never leaves your device. The app is free; an optional subscription removes ads, and ads are served through Google AdMob.

Your health data

The readings, reading types and notes you enter are kept in your device's local storage.

• This data is never sent to any server unless you open "Consult the AI" and ask a question — see "AI Chat" below.
• If your device's iCloud backup is enabled, the app's data is included in that backup. The backup is controlled by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy terms; we cannot access it.
• Deleting the app also deletes your records from the device.
• When you export your records as PDF or CSV, the data is transferred to the app you choose, on your instruction. That sharing is entirely under your control.

Account and subscription

You only need to sign in to use the "Consult the AI" feature. We offer two methods: Sign in with Apple (Apple shares your name and email if you choose to) or email/password. We authenticate you through Google's Firebase Authentication; your name, email and account ID are held on that service.

To manage your Premium subscription we use Apple's in-app purchase system via RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes your account ID to match it to your subscription status; your card details never reach us or RevenueCat — they stay entirely with Apple.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app.

AI Chat

When you open "Consult the AI" and ask a question, the text you type, together with a short summary generated from your readings, is sent to Google's Gemini AI service (via Firebase AI Logic) to produce a reply. This is the only flow in the app where your health data leaves your device.

• This feature does not diagnose or recommend medication/dosage; it only interprets your own data descriptively.
• If you never open this feature, this data flow never happens.
• For how Google handles this data, see the Gemini API Terms.

Advertising

The app shows banner ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate IP-based location and ad interaction data. Details: how Google uses data.

Your glucose records are never shared with any advertising system.

iOS tracking permission (ATT)

The app asks for your permission before using Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).

• If you decline: ads are still shown but are not personalised. No app feature is restricted.
• You can withdraw permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Ad measurement also uses Apple's SKAdNetwork framework, which provides aggregate measurement without identifying you.

European Union and United Kingdom

If you are in the EU/UK, Google's consent screen appears before ads are shown, and you set your preferences there. You can change them later inside the app via Settings → Ad preferences.

What we do not collect

• You don't need an account to use the app's core features; sign-in is only requested for the "Consult the AI" feature.
• We run no analytics or crash reporting of our own.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party beyond the services listed on this page (Firebase, Gemini, RevenueCat, Google AdMob).

Your rights

Because your health records live on your device, they are directly under your control: you can delete them individually in the app, export them, or remove them all by uninstalling the app. If you created an account, you can permanently delete it and the data tied to it (name, email, subscription status) from Settings → Account → Delete account.

For requests under GDPR (EU) or KVKK (Türkiye), write to hi@berkaysahin.dev. For your health records, this policy is in most cases the full answer to an access or deletion request. For advertising-related requests you may need to contact Google, and for account data, Firebase (Google) or RevenueCat.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Health notice

Kan Şekerim is a logging tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or dosage advice. The "low / normal / high" labels are based on general reference ranges and do not replace the personal targets your doctor sets for you. Always make decisions about your health together with your doctor.

Changes

When this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page and the "last updated" date above is changed.
